To enter in grades, there are two ways you can get to the same place.
How to enter grades via your Class:
- In the Faculty view, click on Classes.
- Select the class you want to grade
- Click on the Grading tab
- Select the Grade Plan you want to grade in. This could vary depending on how the grading is set up for your class.
- Click on the student's name that you want to enter in grades for.
Optional: Use the Bulk Edit button to enter in the same grade or comment for selected students. Please note, this will overwrite any previous comment or grade.
How to enter grades if your Class is not available:
- In the Faculty view, click on My Day
- Select Schedule & Performance
- In the Grading section, select the grade plan you want to grade
- Select the student's name you want to enter in grades for
Optional: Use the Bulk Edit button to enter in the same grade or comment for selected students. Please note, this will overwrite any previous comment or grade.
Note: In some cases, if you need to enter in a letter grade and a comment, click on the Grade Plan dropdown (see image below) to switch between letter grade entry and comment entry.
