MacOS Big Sur (11.0-Newer)
Click the Control Center icon 
in the menu bar, click Screen Mirroring 
, then choose your Apple TV. When AirPlay is active, the icon turns blue.
MacOS Catalina and previous MacOS (10.15.7-Older)
Click the AirPlay icon 
in the menu bar, then choose your Apple TV. When an AirPlay display is active, the icon turns blue.
Once you find your Apple TV you would like to Airplay:
Click The Apple TV in the Airplay drop down menu. You will be prompted to enter a code which will be generated on the projected screen or TV. Enter the 4 digit code and select ok.
If you do not see the airplay icon:
- Go to System Preferences > Displays.
- Check the box at the bottom that states “Show Mirroring Options in the menu bar when available.”
If you do not see any available Apple TVs in the Airplay drop down
- Make sure you are connected to the school's wifi. Note: Apple TVs will not work on the GUEST wifi network
- Restart your computer
