If you are having issues printing, there are three common troubleshooting steps you can take to help solve your issue:
Step 1: Turn WiFi off and on again. Wait 5 to 10 seconds, then turn WiFi back on again

Step 3: Check that the printer is turned on and the ethernet cable is connected; turn the printer off and on again
