How to Troubleshoot Printer Problems

If you are having issues printing, there are three common troubleshooting steps you can take to help solve your issue:

Step 1: Remove and re-add the printer.

Step 2: Turn WiFi off and on again.   

     Select the WiFi icon in the top right corner of your menu and turn WiFi off

  

  Wait 5 to 10 seconds, then turn WiFi back on again

Step 3: Check that the printer is turned on and the ethernet cable is connected; turn the printer off and on again

If these steps do not help, then please submit a help desk ticket and someone from Tech will assist you as soon as possible.
