How to Log into Raiser's Edge or Financial Edge

1. Go to https://www.blackbaud.com and click on Sign In at the top right.

2. Click on Sign in with Google and log in using your Google credentials

3. Click on the Blackbaud menu at the top left

4. Select Raiser’s Edge NXT or Financial Edge NXT

Connecting to Raiser’s Edge or Financial Edge Database View

1. Once you are logged into either Raiser’s Edge NXT or Financial Edge NXT (see above), Click on the Database View icon (see image below) and click Open Database View

2. Click on Launch next to the Database you want to open. Your computer will download a launch.ica file.

3. Open the launch.ica file by double clicking on it to open the database view.
